How it works
Choose the employment type
The administrator marks the worker as a freelancer instead of a regular employee, so no fixed shift is required.
Mobile check-in
The worker uses the employee portal to check in and out. Location and photo verification can be enabled according to company settings and plan access.
Count actual hours
OfficerSys totals the time between check-in and check-out and shows it as actual work time.
Keep absence separate
The system does not create automatic absence or lateness records for freelancers because their evaluation is based on completed hours.
